Case Management and Professional Practice. This course prepares the student to become a Healing Touch Practitioner and establish a practice setting. Course runs over 4 days, day one 1pm-8pm, day two 8am-8pm, day 3 8am-8pm, day 4 8am-2pm

About the event
Course Description
To align with the responsibilities of professional practice, this course is a practicum in which case management is implemented and multiple Healing Touch sessions are delivered over a period of time. This course is delivered over a 4 day period with a couple of 12 hour days and so food and snacks will be provided.
Prerequisite: completion of the previous three courses
Foundations of Healing Touch (Level 1)
Energetic Patterning and Clinical Applications (Level 2)
Advanced Healer Preparation (Level 3)
Course Objectives
The learner will be able to:
Apply a meditation (Etheric Vitality) to clear and raise the personal energetic vibration.
Create sequential Healing Touch sessions appropriate to a patient’s presentation.
Apply the use of distant healing using the case management model of care.
Explore a variety of methods for practicing Healing Touch.
Work with other health care providers in a professional manner.
Describe the practicum process.
Identify how the Healing Beyond Borders Code of Ethics, Standards of Practice and Scope of Practice required of an advanced Healing Touch Practitioner corelates to issues in their practice.

Instructor Bio: Lori Protzman is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Instructor. She has been a nurse for over 45 years, specializing in the fields of Palliative and Hospice care as well as Perinatal Care. She is a well- respected leader and professional educator in her community. Lori has taught Healing Touch since 2000 and is proud to share her teaching has included classes taught in Japan and Australia. She blends her passion for heart centered work with her nursing capabilities in the hospital, patient home and community setting.
