Refund Policy

At Healing Touch Hawaii, we strive to provide the best service possible to our clients and customers. Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and sustainability of our offerings. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

Consultations and Healing Sessions
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
- No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Workshops and Events
- Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop or event, you must do so at least 7 days before the scheduled date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Healing Touch Hawaii: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop or event, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the fee to another event.
